Order Processing:

We strive to process and ship all orders within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Please note that during peak seasons or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
- We offer shipping within Canada via Purolater, Canpar, Fedex, UPS, other.
- We offer flat rate shipping with a free shipping threshold. Flat rate shipping rates are as follows:

- $20 shipping for orders under $40 in value.
- $10 shipping for orders $40-74.99 in value.
- FREE Shipping for any order $75 and up in value.
- These rates are automatically applied and adjusted at checkout.
- Shipping includes a tracking number.
- We offer a "local pick up" in Beaumont, Alberta, Canada and Nisku, Alberta, Canada. We will arrange the pick up time and date with you once your order is ready.

International shipping is available to the USA, Mexico, Australia, and parts of Europe, and shipping costs are Flat Rate at $25.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track the status of your shipment using the tracking number on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions:
- At this time DO NOT ship packages to PO boxes. A physical address must be provided for shipping.

We may have restrictions on shipping certain items internationally.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either reship your order or issue a refund.
